Artio ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address when you register.
• Generated content: Images you create are stored in our servers to show in your gallery.
• Purchase information: Subscription status and transaction IDs (processed via RevenueCat / Google Play / App Store).
• Device identifiers: Advertising ID (with your consent via ATT on iOS) for personalized ads via Google AdMob.
• Usage data: App events and crash reports via Sentry.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Artio service.
• To process subscriptions and manage credits.
• To serve relevant ads (with consent) or non-personalized ads (without consent).
• To send transactional notifications (generation complete, low credits).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers:

• Supabase — Database and storage
• RevenueCat — Subscription management
• Google AdMob — Advertising
• Sentry — Crash reporting

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. There are two ways:

Option A — Delete directly in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Artio app.
2. Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
3. Under the Account section, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option B — Request via email

Send a deletion request to toiyeuhvhc123@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data deleted upon account removal

• Your email address and account credentials
• All AI-generated images stored in your gallery
• Credit history and usage logs
• Subscription metadata (managed by RevenueCat — subject to their retention policy)

Retention: All data is permanently and irreversibly deleted upon account removal. No personal data is retained after deletion.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data until you delete your account. After deletion, all data is permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

Artio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
